Terms of use
Effective October 29, 2026
1. Agreeing to these terms
These terms are an agreement between you and The Feminization Institute ("the Institute", "we"). By creating an account or using the site, you agree to them and to our Privacy policy and Community rules. If you don't agree, please don't use the Institute.
2. Who can use the Institute
- You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that's higher, and legally able to agree to these terms.
- Viewing adult material must be legal where you are.
- One person per account. Keep your password private; you're responsible for what happens on your account.
- You must not use the Institute if we've previously removed you from it.
3. What the Institute is, and isn't
The Institute is an interactive role-play and self-improvement tool for adults interested in feminization, obedience and consensual humiliation. Its assignments, ranks, rules, penalties, Headmistress character and keyholder features are fiction and play that you set up and control. They have no authority over you.
- Your consent comes first. You choose your tracks, intensity and limits, and can change them at any time. Safeword / pause stops everything, immediately, with no penalty. Use it whenever you need to.
- Not professional advice. Nothing here is medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. If anything feels physically or emotionally wrong, stop and, if needed, talk to a professional.
- Your safety is your responsibility. Skip any task that could hurt you, someone else, your health, your job or your relationships. Follow the manufacturer's safety and hygiene guidance for any device (including chastity devices), never wear one through pain, numbness or skin damage, and remove it at once if you have to. Never do anything in public that could involve people who haven't agreed to it, or that breaks the law.
4. Keyholders and partners
Keyholder features are for two consenting adults who have agreed to play together, and either of you can unlink at any time. A keyholder can only send orders and see the reports the trainee's app shares; they never control the trainee's account. Don't use these features to pressure, monitor or control anyone who hasn't freely agreed, or who wants to stop.
5. Your content
- You own what you create here: your diary, notes, photos, recordings and posts.
- By posting in the Salon, you give the Institute a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, display and show your post to members, only to run the Salon. This licence ends when you delete the post or your account (apart from copies we must keep by law).
- You confirm that you have the right to post it, and that everyone shown in it is you, an adult, and agreed to share it.
- Other members may see, remember or capture what you post. Don't share anything you couldn't live with others seeing.
6. What's not allowed
Besides the Community rules, you must not:
- post or share anything involving a minor, or that sexualises anyone who appears to be under 18. We remove it, close the account, and report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to law enforcement;
- post images of anyone without their consent, or any intimate image of someone else;
- harass, threaten, pressure, stalk or expose ("dox") anyone;
- advertise, sell, recruit, or ask members for money or contact outside the site;
- break the law, or encourage anyone else to;
- try to break, overload, scrape or get around the site's security, or access other people's accounts or data;
- create accounts automatically or in bulk, or impersonate anyone (including staff).
7. Moderation and ending your access
Moderators may review, approve, hide or remove any Salon content, and may suspend or ban accounts that break these terms or put others at risk, at their discretion and without notice where needed. You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may change, pause or end the Institute or any feature; if we ever close the site, we'll try to give members notice so they can save anything they want to keep.
8. The Institute is provided "as is"
We work hard to keep the Institute running, private and secure, but we provide it "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability or freedom from errors. Keep your own copies of anything important (Settings → Backup and Keepsake).
9. Limits on our liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, the Institute and the people who run it won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for anything that results from tasks you choose to do, content other members post, or your keyholder's actions. Our total liability for any claim is limited to US $50. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.
10. Your responsibility to us
If your breach of these terms, or your content, leads to a claim against the Institute, you agree to cover the reasonable costs of that claim, as far as the law allows.
11. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state where the Institute's operator lives, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before bringing any claim, please contact us so we can try to resolve it informally. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under the consumer laws of the place where you live.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top and, for significant changes, tell you in the app first. If you keep using the Institute after a change takes effect, you accept the new terms.
